The KGP LV DALI-2 150 W is a constant-voltage LED power supply with a 24 V DC output. Its long, narrow housing measures 350 mm in length, 30 mm in width and 18 mm in height. Check these dimensions against the space reserved for the driver and its connections before installation.
Match the load, not just the maximum wattage
The LV150W24CG2 DALI version supplies LED modules designed for constant voltage, rather than modules that require a constant-current driver. Its specified output range is 45–150 W, with an output current of 1.875–6.25 A. Both the lower load limit and the 150 W ceiling therefore matter when sizing the connected installation.
The rated input is 220–240 V AC. Connected lighting must match the 24 V DC output; this version is not a substitute for a 12 V supply. The stated typical efficiency of 92% refers to testing at 230 V under full load.
DALI-2 and push-button control
The driver supports DALI-2 DT6 and PUSH dimming. The DALI dimming range is 1–100%, with a choice of linear or logarithmic dimming curves. Select the control method to suit the installation design: the power supply itself does not replace the appropriate control system.
Allow for wiring as well as the housing
The IP20 housing is intended for indoor use and provides no water protection. The manufacturer specifies a maximum output cable length of 3 m and recommends separating mains wiring from the other connections. A narrow body alone does not establish compatibility with any particular LED profile.
Class II insulation is specified, together with short-circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage and overtemperature protection. The manufacturer states a five-year warranty.
