LED profile LUMINES type aria black anodized 2 m

LUMINES aria 10-1422-20 is a black anodised aluminium profile for building linear LED lighting. The nominal 2 m section has an actual length of 202 cm. This offer supplies the profile alone; LED strips, a cover and the remaining system components are selected separately.

Profile dimensions and space for LED strips

The cross-section measures 32.1 mm wide and 14.4 mm high. These figures describe the outside of the aluminium body, so compare them with the space allocated for the lighting line. The 202 cm length refers to one section rather than a complete installation assembled from several profiles.

There is room for two LED strips, each up to 12 mm wide. Check the width of each selected strip rather than relying only on the profile's outside width. The black anodised body remains part of the visible finish after a cover has been added.

Components needed for a complete lighting line

The system uses a MIDI cover, which is purchased separately along with the LED strips. End caps, connectors and mounting hardware also require separate selection. The cover type and the arrangement of the LEDs both affect the appearance of the illuminated line, so they should be considered together.

The profile itself does not specify brightness, light colour or electricity consumption. Those properties depend on the chosen strips and a compatible power supply. The driver is positioned outside the profile, which needs to be allowed for when planning its location and the connection to the LED line.

Surface mounting or suspension

aria can be surface mounted or suspended using the appropriate mounting accessories. Straight and angled connectors allow several sections to form a larger arrangement, but are not supplied with the profile alone. Decide on the mounting method before selecting the remaining components.

When planning a lighting line in a kitchen, compare its length and cross-section with the actual installation space. The plain rectangular body suits modern and minimalist arrangements. The installation diagrams illustrate how the system fits together rather than the contents supplied with this individual profile.
