LUMINES aria LED profile, black lacquered, 1 m Special Offer

LUMINES aria 10-1425-10 is a black lacquered aluminium profile for LED strips, supplied as a 1 m section. Part of the aria system in the Design+ collection, it provides the structural housing for linear lighting rather than a finished luminaire with a fixed wattage or light colour.

A cross-section for two LED strips

The profile measures 32.1 mm across its outside width and 14.4 mm in height. The manufacturer's datasheet specifies space for two LED strips, each 12 mm wide. Compare these dimensions with your chosen strips and the available mounting space before planning the full run. This variant is 1000 mm long; the larger lighting arrangements shown in the gallery are not a single metre-long component.

The aluminium housing does not determine brightness, colour temperature or control options. Those depend on the selected LED sources and the other components of the installation. Choosing the profile and specifying the light are therefore separate, connected decisions.

Surface-mounted or suspended layouts

The manufacturer describes aria as a system for main lighting with either surface mounting or suspension. Its documentation illustrates screw and bracket mounting, and lists suspension fittings among the accessories. Straight and angled connectors allow sections to form continuous lines or layouts that change direction. Choose the fixing and connection points to suit the intended route of the structure.

Matching the aria components

Compatible covers belong to the MIDI family, including OPAL, CLEAR and BLACK versions. The documentation also lists end caps, connectors and a holder for a cable with a 5 mm diameter. These are compatible system components, not a confirmed packing list for this section.

The narrow, straight-sided form and black finish give exposed lines a modern, minimalist character. As a basis for general lighting, aria can be considered for living rooms, kitchens, dining rooms, offices or corridors. Assess the actual lighting result from the complete installation and selected LED strips, rather than from the housing alone.
