Luces Exclusivas ANCUD LE41572 LED ceiling light, white and black, Ø 56 cm, 3000 K

ANCUD LE41572 by Luces Exclusivas is a round LED ceiling light with a black border and a white light-diffusing face. Made from metal and acrylic, it measures 56 cm across and 7.5 cm in height. This is a broad ceiling fitting without hanging shades, rather than a small spotlight.

A wide fitting with a shallow profile

The 7.5 cm height leaves more space beneath the fitting than a pendant light would. Before choosing its position, compare the 56 cm diameter with the available ceiling area and the location of cupboards, doors and other furnishings. Although shallow, ANCUD has a clearly visible circular footprint. Its width therefore matters when deciding how it will sit within the room.

The white face occupies most of the underside, while the black ring defines its edge. Consider both colours when matching it to the interior, rather than treating this as an entirely white light.

Warm-white LED lighting is included

The integrated LED source comes with the fitting, so there is no separate screw-base bulb to select. The manufacturer specifies 50 W, a source luminous flux of 2750 lm and a colour temperature of 3000 K. The latter describes warm-white light. It identifies the light colour of this version; it does not establish that the colour temperature can be switched or adjusted.

Use the lumen figure, not wattage alone, when comparing lighting output. The result in a particular room also depends on its size, ceiling height and surface colours. The fitting operates on a 230 V supply.

Black and white for general room lighting

The simple circle, continuous face and absence of ornamental arms support modern, modernist and minimalist interiors. Consider ANCUD for general lighting in a living room, bedroom, dining room or kitchen, as well as an entrance hall, corridor or dressing room. Assess task lighting separately where a particular activity needs local illumination: a central ceiling fitting alone does not establish suitable working light at every position.
