Lucide UNAR 79185/30/30 is a round flush ceiling light with a matt black rim and an opal diffuser. Its light-diffusing acrylic section is paired with a metal mounting plate. At 30 cm across and 5 cm high, it keeps the fitting close to the ceiling rather than suspended into the room.

Three brightness levels from a wall switch

The integrated LED produces warm white light at 2700 K. With 3 StepDim, you can choose 100%, 40% or 15% brightness using an ordinary light switch. After switching the light on, switching off and back on moves to the next level. A single switch action also turns the light off at a reduced setting. These are preset steps rather than continuous adjustment with a rotary dimmer.

The module is rated at 18 W and 1140 lm. Dimming changes the amount of light, not its colour temperature. Because the LED is integrated, there is no separate bulb or lamp base to select when ordering this fitting.

A low profile for ceiling mounting

The fixed 5 cm height matters where a pendant would extend too far below the ceiling. There is no suspension to adjust. Before choosing its position, compare the 30 cm diameter with the available ceiling area and nearby fittings rather than assuming that a compact light will fit every location.

Diffuse light makes UNAR an option for hallways, bedrooms and as part of a living room, kitchen or dining-room lighting scheme. Lucide also identifies placement above a desk. Whether one fitting provides enough light depends on the room dimensions and other lighting; the shade diameter alone does not establish coverage.

Black outline, opal centre

The plain circular form suits modern and minimalist interiors. Its dark edge remains visible around the pale diffuser when switched off. Installation materials and a driver are included. Connection is to a 230 V supply, and this Class I fitting requires an earth connection. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
