LUMINES CANTO LED corner profile 1 m, silver anodised, non-perforated

LUMINES CANTO 10-1494-10 is a 1 m aluminium profile with a silver anodised finish, designed for external corners in plasterboard construction. This is the non-perforated version for plastering into the board finish, distinct from the perforated CANTO profile intended for installation beneath tiles.

Lighting integrated into the corner

The cross-section combines an LED-strip channel with side wings that are incorporated into the plastered surface. The resulting light line follows the architectural edge rather than sitting on top of a finished wall as a separate fitting. Its position therefore needs to be planned while the plasterboard structure and surface finish are being prepared.

CANTO is intended for accent and decorative lighting. A suitable plasterboard corner in a living room, bedroom, kitchen or circulation area can become part of the lighting layout. Its straight geometry and narrow light line suit modern and minimalist compositions. The profile itself does not determine the brightness of the completed installation.

Matching the strip and system parts

The manufacturer's datasheet specifies LED strips up to 12 mm wide. CANTO is compatible with BASIC covers, while the assembly drawings also show end caps with a hole and screw fixing. Select the necessary components for the planned installation rather than treating a photograph of an assembled system as a packing list for this item.

The power supply is located outside the profile. The manufacturer's declaration describes a system for integration with SELV LED sources operating at 12 V DC or 24 V DC, so the supply must match the chosen strip. Light colour, power consumption, output and control depend on those electrical components, not on the silver finish.

Check the version before finishing

Article 10-1494-10 identifies the silver anodised 1000 mm section. Compare its cross-section with the technical drawing and plan cable routing and power-supply space before completing the corner. The selected cover and the final plasterboard finish also influence the visible appearance of the installed light line.
