This is a metal mounting clip for the LUMINES atom LED profile, in a silver finish. It has a flat base with a single countersunk screw hole and two arms bent upwards, ending in inward-turned lips that hold the profile by its sides.
Which profile it belongs to
The clip carries catalogue number 13-0546-02 and the manufacturer's data sheet assigns it to the atom profile only. The neighbouring profiles in the same range have clips of their own — axel 13-0516-02, ajar 13-0506-02 — so the code, not the look of the part, is what settles the fit.
The atom profile itself has a 15.9 × 13.0 mm section and takes LED tape up to 12 mm wide. The manufacturer intends it for surface and suspended mounting, for decorative and accent lighting in furniture and interior trim.
How it is fitted
The clip is screwed to the surface through the countersunk hole, then the profile is pressed into it until the lips catch its edges. The countersink takes the screw head flush with the base, so the profile sits on the clip with no gap.
This is one of the three mounting methods the manufacturer lists for atom, alongside double-sided tape and a suspension kit. Fixing on clips is reversible: the profile can be lifted off and put back, which glued tape does not allow.
