Norlys Nordland 7119WH wall and ceiling light, white RAL 9003, 4000 K LED, MASTER with sensor

Norlys Nordland 7119WH is a square wall and ceiling light with a white RAL 9003 frame and an opal cover. This MASTER version has its own microwave motion sensor and a function for monitoring ambient light levels.

The sensor and MASTER role

The sensor detects movement, with settings that allow its operation to be matched to the planned installation. The instructions provide adjustments for sensitivity, hold time and the daylight threshold. Configure these parameters during installation rather than assuming that every fitting will immediately operate under the same conditions.

In a corridor arrangement, the MASTER sends control to compatible SLAVE fittings through the wired connection shown in the instructions. The diagram allows up to 9 SLAVE fittings between 2 MASTER fittings, for a maximum total of 11 fittings. The remaining parts of the arrangement are selected separately, and the installer should plan the complete circuit before purchase.

Neutral white light from an LED module

The 4000 K colour temperature gives neutral white light, while the complete fitting delivers 893 lm at a consumption of 12 W. This is the output after the optical system and cover, making it useful when comparing complete luminaires. The opal polycarbonate diffuses light across the front surface.

The LED module is included, so no separate bulb needs to be selected. A suitably qualified person can replace it following the Norlys instructions. The manufacturer classifies the fitting as non-dimmable and describes detection settings and the corridor function separately in the manual.

Space on the wall or ceiling

The front measures 28 × 28 cm and the body is 9.5 cm deep. These dimensions help check the available space on a facade or beneath a terrace or gazebo roof. Two fixing holes have a diameter of 5 mm and spacing of 150 × 170 mm, which needs to be considered when preparing the mounting surface.

The frame is powder-coated cast aluminium, and the opal cover is UV-stabilised polycarbonate. IP65 describes protection against dust and water jets when correctly installed. The 230 V supply and Class I construction require a suitable connection with a protective earth conductor and installation by a qualified professional.
