Norlys Trysil 1063GR garden column light, graphite RAL 7016, 300 cm, 4000 K LED DALI2

Norlys Trysil 1063GR is a complete 300 cm column light with a single angled arm and a rectangular head. Its extruded aluminium body has a graphite RAL 7016 powder coating, while a flat, clear structured polycarbonate cover sits underneath the head.

Lighting from a three metre column

The built-in LED modules produce neutral white 4000 K light. The complete luminaire delivers 2054 lm at a consumption of 20 W. Use this luminaire output when comparing finished column lights, as it includes the effect of the cover and optics.

The distribution is diffuse, hemispherical and directed downwards, so the arm determines its orientation towards a walkway. This model can form part of a lighting design for a driveway, park or grounds beside a building. Column spacing and the position relative to the surroundings should follow a lighting design rather than an assumed universal coverage distance.

DALI2 and included equipment

Two LED modules and an electronic DALI driver are included, so there is no separate bulb to choose. DALI2 control requires a compatible installation and a suitable control arrangement. Plan these before installing the power supply and wiring to the individual lighting points.

The LED modules and control gear can be replaced by a professional service technician following the Norlys instructions. Access to connections and the mounting arrangement should allow subsequent servicing. Treat the luminaire, foundation components and electrical installation as parts of one planned system.

Foundation and electrical connection

This is a complete column luminaire rather than a separate head for an existing pole. The foundation and mounting accessories are selected separately according to the instructions and site conditions. Decide how the base will be fixed and the cables routed before preparing the ground.

The cover is UV stabilised and the construction includes a silicone gasket. IP65 describes protection against dust and water jets when correctly installed, supporting use in an outdoor installation. A 230 V connection in protection Class I requires a protective earth conductor and work by a suitably qualified person.
