Norlys Vasa 127BL black outdoor wall light E27 2700 K

Norlys Vasa 127BL is a black outdoor wall light with a broad, gently curved front and light directed both upwards and downwards. Its body is powder-coated cast aluminium, with the BL finish specified as RAL 9005. The light-source cover is clear, textured polycarbonate with UV stabilisation.

Illuminating the wall above and below

The two-way distribution lights the façade on either side of the fitting. Vasa can be considered for an exterior house wall, a terrace or balcony wall, and the area beside an entrance. Its wide front distinguishes it from a narrow façade spotlight. The unornamented outline supports modern and minimalist architecture, where the fitting and the illuminated wall are both part of the design.

The manufacturer's drawing gives dimensions of 31 × 12.5 × 15.5 cm. Before choosing the mounting position, compare the outline and projection from the wall with the available space near doors, corners or recesses. This model is intended exclusively for outdoor use. IP65 protection and IK08 impact resistance are stated for the fitting; correct connection and cable sealing still need to follow the installation instructions.

A replaceable E27 source with warm light

The current product sheet identifies an included E27 LED source at 2700 K. This is not a fitting dependent on a permanently integrated LED module: the user can replace the lamp while observing the specified A55–A60 shape and the instructions. In the documented configuration, the complete luminaire produces 384 lm, whereas the lamp itself produces 806 lm. Use the luminaire figure when comparing wall lights, rather than assuming that all the lamp's output leaves the fitting.

Dimming and electrical preparation

Vasa supports both trailing-edge and leading-edge phase dimming. The control equipment must suit the LED source in use. A 220–240 V supply and Class I construction require a protective earth connection. Check the manual, cable seal and fixing-hole arrangement before installation; these details form part of a correctly installed exterior light, not optional finishing steps.
