Pendant lamp Aldex Flask Sage S 18 cm glass metal 8500G32_S

Aldex Flask Sage S – a compact opal-glass pendant

Flask Sage S 8500G32_S is a small pendant designed by Mikołaj Nicer. Its rounded opal-glass shade has a clean, softly shaped outline, while the sage-green cord and matching ceiling cup add colour without overwhelming the form. The contrast is carefully balanced: white glass remains the visual focus and the slim green suspension gives the fixture a distinctive vertical accent.

The opal shade conceals the direct view of the lamp and softens its output. When illuminated, the glass takes on a warmer appearance and produces a calm pool of diffused light. With an 18 cm diameter, this S version can work as a single accent beside a bed or over a selected section of a kitchen counter. Several pendants may also be arranged as a measured cluster, allowing the repeated glass shapes and coloured cords to create a light, orderly composition.

Planning the position and light source

The adjustable suspension helps place the shade at a practical level for a bedside setting, counter or grouped installation. Before fitting it, check the intended clearance, the sight line through the room and the movement of any nearby cabinet doors. Choose an E14 lamp rated at no more than 10 W LED. Its lumen output and colour temperature will determine the final result: the opal glass evens out glare, but the bulb still needs to suit the amount and tone of light required. Installation on the ceiling circuit should be carried out with the power isolated and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
