Pendant Light Max Light Bellmond P0565 Black Grey Felt 3-Light LED 60 cm

Bellmond P0565 is a Max Light pendant of three felt shades with a soft conical profile. The shades overlap into one irregular cluster, black outside and grey underneath. Three thin cables drop from a round black canopy.

Size against the table

The manufacturer's drawing gives the cluster a length of 60 cm and a width of 53 cm. Each shade is 25 cm high. The canopy is 30 cm across and 4 cm high, and the cable fixings span 34 cm. Maximum suspension height, from canopy to the lower edge of the shades, is 200 cm. That is the upper limit of the whole drop, not the height of the felt shade.

Compare the 60 by 53 cm footprint with the tabletop before you choose a place. A typical dining table is about 75 cm high. Ceiling height and that figure decide whether a 200 cm maximum still leaves headroom. The producer does not describe a cable-adjustment mechanism.

The source is already fitted

The source is an integrated LED module. The lamp includes it and has no E27 or E14 cap, so there is no separate bulb to buy. On-mode power is 21 W for the whole fitting, not 21 W for each shade. Colour temperature is 3000 K, a warm white. The information sheet states 1058 lm useful flux and CRI 93. At that CRI, wood, ceramic and fabric on the table stay closer to their daylight appearance than under a low-CRI source.

A dimmer cannot be connected: dimming is marked no. The three shades work together. The energy label class is G, and labelled consumption is 21 kWh per 1000 hours, matching the 21 W power.

Felt, and where it does not belong

The shades are felt. The outside is dark and matte, the interior lighter and grey, as the photographs of this variant show. There are no metal arms, crystals or a classical chandelier body. The form is a modern cluster of three overlapping cones.

A 60 cm length and three shades support hanging it over a dining table. Output of 1058 lm is decorative and general light over the top, not strong light for technical desk work. IP20 means no protection against water, so this is not a bathroom or outdoor lamp. The sheet gives no cleaning method, and IP20 does not mean the felt can be washed.
