The two-light Pratt is a Hinkley wall spotlight with two cylindrical heads on a shared stem: one shines up, the other down. Both sit in front of a rectangular wall plate, with knurled rings around their edges; the aluminium is finished in Heritage Brass, a warm, slightly muted brass.
Size and fitting
The fitting is 48.3 cm high and 12.7 cm wide, with a 14.7 cm projection; it weighs 3.35 kg. The up/down layout washes the wall with two beams — above and below the fitting — so when choosing the mounting height, think about which part of the façade you want lit.
The manufacturer specifies it for exterior use, and IP44 protects it against splashing water. It is a Class I fitting and needs an earth connection. For the corner of a building, the C-BKT2-BROWN or C-BKT2-BLACK corner bracket can be bought separately.
Lamps included
Each head has a GU10 socket, and two 8 W LED lamps of 560 lm and 3000 K each are supplied. Warm white and a combined 1,120 lm from two points is light for bringing out wall texture and an entrance, not for lighting a whole garden. The lamps can later be replaced with other GU10 lamps of up to 8 W; dimming requires dimmable lamps and a dimmer.
Cylinders, knurling and a brass colour give it a retro character, shared with the single-head Pratt spotlight.
