Karlee QN-KARLEE5 is a five-arm Kichler chandelier from the Quintiesse range, combining exposed candle-style lamp holders with individual crystal drops. Its steel frame has a Classic Pewter finish. Slender curved arms leave the centre open, with crystal ornaments hanging beneath the light points and along the central axis rather than forming a continuous curtain.
Allow for the suspension, not just the body
The chandelier measures 61 cm across, while the body alone is 56.5 cm high. That body measurement is not the installed distance from the ceiling to the lowest point: the overall drop ranges from 69.2 to 160.6 cm. Compare both dimensions with your ceiling height and the space above a table or circulation route before choosing its position.
Two 305 mm rods and two 152 mm rods are supplied, and the height is set during installation. The suspension also incorporates a short length of chain. The round ceiling canopy is 127 mm in diameter and 25 mm high, useful measurements when checking its proportions at the intended ceiling connection.
Choose five E14 bulbs separately
Karlee takes five E14 candle bulbs rated up to 60 W each, or suitable LED equivalents. Bulbs are not included. Because they remain exposed, their shape contributes to the appearance of the fitting. Colour temperature and light output depend on the bulbs selected; they are not fixed characteristics of this chandelier.
Dimming requires dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch, which is also not supplied. Check the chosen bulbs and control together: an E14 base does not by itself mean an LED bulb can be dimmed.
Open arms and crystal accents
The candle-style holders, curved frame and hanging drops suit classic interiors and glamour schemes. Consider Karlee above a dining table, in a living room or in a bedroom where the installed drop leaves sufficient clearance. The manufacturer specifies interior use, so it should not be selected as a garden fitting.
