s.luce Ball is a single pendant light with a white metal shade measuring 20 cm in diameter and a black suspension cable. Its spherical outline has a wide opening and a distinctive cut-out extending towards the top. The white finish emphasises the curved surface, while the enclosed part of the shade helps screen the bulb from view on the side facing the viewer.

A shade that changes the direction of light

The shade can be repositioned so that its opening faces downwards or to the side. This allows the same fitting to light a table or provide more shielded light beside a bed. The manufacturer also describes use above a kitchen counter and arrangements made from several pendants. Each fitting supplies one light point, allowing the number and placement of pendants to be planned for the space.

Long suspension for tall interiors

This gallery version provides suspension of up to 5 m. The cable can be shortened to adapt the hanging level to the room. It is particularly useful in an open stairwell or a tall entrance hall, where a shorter pendant would limit the position of the light. This offer contains one white pendant with black suspension; larger arrangements require additional fittings ordered separately.

Replaceable shade and a choice of bulb

The shade can be unclipped and exchanged without tools through the round opening near its top. A compatible replacement from the range allows its colour or size to be changed later. Ball requires one E27 bulb rated at no more than 40 W, which is not included. The chosen bulb determines the light output and colour temperature. Dimming requires a suitable dimmable bulb and compatible control.
