Nordlux Siv E27 pendant light in white marble

Nordlux Siv is a pendant with a compact cylindrical holder in white marble and an exposed bulb. A white textile-covered cable and a gold-coloured metal detail frame the stone. With no shade enclosing the light source, the bulb you choose becomes a visible part of the design.

Plan for the holder and the bulb

The fitting itself measures 10.5 cm high and 6.5 cm in diameter. These dimensions do not include a fitted bulb, so allow for its size when planning a position over a table or beside a bed. The white cable is 200 cm long. Compare that length with your ceiling height and intended light-source position before installation rather than treating the body height as the overall drop.

Marble has a naturally variable surface. Veining, colour nuances and patterns may differ between individual fittings, so the photographs illustrate the white version without promising an identical stone pattern on every supplied pendant.

Choose the light source separately

There is one E27 socket for a replaceable bulb rated at no more than 60 W. A bulb is not included; decorative bulbs shown in photographs are examples of how the fitting can look. A suitable E27 LED bulb lets you choose brightness, light colour and bulb shape for the intended setting. The 60 W figure is the maximum permitted bulb wattage, not a statement of fixed consumption or guaranteed brightness.

Dimming requires a dimmable bulb and compatible control equipment. The pendant alone does not make a non-dimmable bulb dimmable.

An open pendant for interior settings

Because the bulb remains exposed, consider the view of the light source from a seated position when deciding where to hang it. The small marble fitting can provide a decorative accent in a living room, bedroom or dining area, as well as hotel and restaurant interiors. Its simple cylindrical form and natural stone suit minimalist, modern and Scandinavian schemes. Siv is intended for indoor use rather than garden lighting.
