Steinel XLED ONE XL LED floodlight 42.6 W 3000 K anthracite, without sensor

The Steinel XLED ONE XL in anthracite is an LED floodlight without a motion sensor, designed for wall or ceiling mounting. Its rectangular panel has an aluminium housing and a clear glass cover. A visible bracket supports the panel, allowing the direction of the light to change without relocating the mounting point.

A substantial output with warm white light

The integrated LED system delivers 4200 lm at 42.6 W. Its 3000 K colour temperature is warm white, so choosing this output does not mean switching to a cool white light colour. This is a floodlight for a larger area beside a building rather than a small orientation light. The manufacturer identifies courtyards and driveways among its intended locations.

This version has neither a motion detector nor a dusk sensor. Someone walking past, or the surroundings becoming dark, will not switch it on automatically. Account for this distinction from the sensor version when planning the installation's controls. Both the LED light source and control gear are non-replaceable; there is no separate bulb to buy for this fitting. The stated LED lifetime of up to 50,000 hours is not the same as a warranty period.

Space for the fitting and its tilt

The manufacturer's dimensions are 193 × 259 × 215 mm, in length, width and height order. Compare these with the available wall or ceiling space, including clearance for the tilted panel. It swivels vertically through 180°, letting you aim the light towards the chosen part of the outdoor area. This adjusts direction, not brightness, and does not provide automatic motion tracking.

The floodlight uses a 220–240 V mains supply and surface mounting. Mounting accessories are included according to the manufacturer. The bracket remains visible in either mounting position; this is not a recessed ceiling fitting.

Restrained anthracite construction

A dark frame, broad glass face and geometric bracket give the floodlight a modern, minimal appearance. It can sit on a facade to light a driveway or the area around the house. Its IP44 rating supports the manufacturer's stated outdoor use, but does not permit immersion in water. Anthracite describes the housing finish, not the colour of the emitted light.
