The white LUMINES INSO end cap, article 12-0121-01, closes the end of an LED profile. It is made from ABS plastic and has no cable opening, distinguishing it from the similarly shaped aluminium version. Its outer face provides a continuous white surface across the open profile end.
Choosing the INSO-compatible part
This cap is specified for the INSO profile. When assembling a linear lighting system, compare the system name, material and article code rather than choosing by white colour alone. A matching finish does not establish compatibility with another profile. The cap is an end fitting, not a profile or a light source.
Fixing and cable routing
The manufacturer's assembly diagram shows the cap secured with two screws. The visible fixing holes are not a cable passage. This version has no cable opening, so routing a cable through the cap is not provided for. Account for the cable exit when planning the installation.
