BRAZOS II is a wall light with two light points. A flat chrome-plated bar carries two spherical shades of white opal glass out to the sides, and the fitting measures 25 cm across.
Size and mounting
The light is 25 cm wide and 8 cm high, and it projects 11 cm from the wall β that is the clearance to leave in front of a mirror or a cabinet so the shades do not foul the doors. It weighs 0.74 kg.
It mounts directly onto the wall and the manufacturer supplies the mounting kit in the box. The fitting is protection class I, so the supply circuit needs an earth conductor. Supply is ~220β230 V, 50/60 Hz.
Which lamps fit
Two G9 sockets take up to 10 W each and are intended for LED sources only. No bulbs are included, so you choose the colour and brightness yourself. Nowodvorski recommends its own G9 sources in warm 3000 K or cooler 4000 K, and from other brands those no more than 19.5 mm in diameter β that is the room left inside the shade.
The manufacturer advises lamps that give diffused light. The white opal glass spreads it further, so both globes glow evenly across their whole surface with no visible hot spot.
Where it works
An IP44 rating protects the fitting against splashing water, so it can hang in a bathroom β beside a mirror or above it, where light for shaving and applying make-up is needed. Two points spread over 25 cm light the face from the side rather than casting a shadow from above.
Finish and series
The body is chrome-plated steel and the shades are glass. Chrome is the leading colour, white the secondary one. The shape stays plain: no ornament, just the mirrored bar and two globes. The BRAZOS series also includes one-point and three-point versions, so the fitting can be matched to the width of the mirror.
