CustomForm COBEN SUSPENSION is a white pendant lamp with an articulated arm and a single shade with a white interior. Rather than a cable hanging straight down from the ceiling, it has visible arm sections joined by pivots. Their arrangement defines the silhouette and allows the shade to be repositioned.

Plan for the arm, not just the shade

The manufacturer confirms that the lamp is adjustable. The product photographs show different arm configurations and shade angles. When choosing the mounting position, allow for the space occupied by the extended arm as well as the shade itself. The fitting mounts to the ceiling; COBEN SUSPENSION is not the wall-mounted version of the Coben family.

This construction makes it an option above a table, kitchen island or desk where the position of a single light point matters. Compare the arm layout with the furniture position and the clear space around it before deciding where to install it. Being able to reposition the shade does not guarantee illumination across an entire room, so consider the other lighting in your layout too.

Choose an E27 bulb separately

The lamp has an E27 socket, and the manufacturer specifies a maximum bulb wattage of 60 W. A bulb is not included. Check the dimensions, wattage and shape of your chosen bulb against the socket and the space inside the shade. Light colour and brightness depend on that light source rather than on the lamp's white finish.

A white finish with visible joints

The rounded shade contrasts with the straight arm sections. Exposed joints recall workshop-lamp construction, supporting industrial and minimalist interiors. The white finish also extends to the shade interior; this is not a gold-lined version. In a living room or study, leaving space around the arm helps keep its geometric outline visible among surrounding furniture.
