CustomForm LORD 35 pendant light, black with copper-coloured interior

CustomForm LORD 35 is a pendant light with a domed shade, a matt black exterior and a contrasting copper-coloured interior. The smooth outer surface differs from the visible texture inside, giving the same simple shape two distinct finishes. This is the copper-black version, identified by article code LP001LOR-35-6902.

Shade size and space above a table

The shade measures 35 cm in diameter and 17 cm in height; the manufacturer lists the light's height as 90 cm. When planning its position, compare these dimensions with your tabletop and the space available beneath the ceiling. Shade diameter describes its physical width, not the area it will illuminate.

The open underside leaves both the interior and the bulb visible. A suspended dome is a suitable form for positioning above a dining table or a table in a living area. It can define a particular spot rather than providing a promise of even illumination throughout the room.

Choose the bulb separately

The fitting takes an E27 bulb with a maximum wattage of 60 W. No bulb is included, so a light source must be purchased separately. Brightness and light colour depend on that choice; the wattage limit is not a statement of luminous output. Because the bulb is visible from below, its appearance also matters when choosing it.

A restrained shape with a contrasting interior

The black cable and ceiling canopy visually continue the shade's exterior colour. The pared-back outline suits modern and minimalist interiors, while the copper-coloured lining remains a distinct accent when seen from a lower viewpoint. The manufacturer's drawing identifies the shade as a composite. A copper-coloured interior does not mean that the entire light is made from copper.
