Endon Berenice 107801 semi-flush ceiling light, antique brass, 3×E14

The Endon Berenice 107801 is a three-arm semi-flush ceiling chandelier with a steel frame finished in antique brass plate and three clear glass shades. Curved arms meet upright faceted glass panels, giving the fitting a traditional outline without a long chain suspension. The brass appearance describes the surface finish; the supporting structure is steel rather than solid brass.

A fixed ceiling profile to measure first

The complete fitting measures 45.6 cm in diameter and projects 41 cm from its mounting surface. These are overall measurements, not the size of an individual shade. Compare both with your ceiling height and the space beneath the proposed position in a living room, bedroom, dining room or entrance hall. A semi-flush fitting still takes up headroom.

This is the three-light ceiling version of Berenice, not one of the family's suspended pendants. Its curved metalwork, antique brass finish and faceted clear shades support a classic interior scheme. The glass leaves the bulbs visible, so their shape also contributes to the finished appearance.

Choose three separate candle bulbs

Three E14 LED candle bulbs are required, with a maximum of 6 W per bulb. They are not supplied with the fitting. Light colour and brightness therefore depend on your chosen bulbs rather than the colour of the metalwork. Check the bulbs' lumen ratings and colour temperature against the lighting you want before ordering.

The fitting is dimmable. To use that function, select dimmable bulbs and a dimmer compatible with those bulbs; an E14 base alone does not establish dimming compatibility.

Installation and care

Berenice connects to a 220–240 V supply and, as a Class I fitting, requires an earth connection. Its instructions specify domestic ceiling use and exclude bathroom installation. Fixings must suit the mounting surface and support the 2.35 kg net weight. Isolate the electrical supply before maintenance and allow the bulbs to cool. Clean the fitting with a dry cloth only, without liquid or abrasive cleaners.
