The Jupiter FEME 1936 is a ten-light chandelier with a nickel-coloured steel frame and glass shades. Milky globes sit on slender arms radiating from a central stem. Reflective metal and rounded, pale shades give the fitting a geometric appearance rather than the ornamentation of a traditional crystal chandelier.
Allow space for the full spread of the arms
The fitting measures 100 cm wide, 100 cm deep and 110 cm high. Ceiling height matters just as much as the size of the room. Before choosing its position, compare those measurements with the space above your table, nearby furniture and any route people will use beneath the chandelier.
For a dining installation, allow for the entire spread of the arms rather than judging the fitting by its narrow central stem. FEME is an option over a large dining table or as a central fitting in a spacious living room. A bedroom with a high ceiling, a restaurant or a hotel interior may also provide suitable space around the globes. This is not a compact pendant for a narrow recess.
Ten replaceable G9 light sources
The chandelier uses ten G9 light sources; the manufacturer's power specification is 10×G9/14W. Bulbs are not included, so choose them separately and follow the fitting's ratings. Replaceable sources mean that an individual bulb can be changed without replacing the complete chandelier.
Light colour and brightness depend on the bulbs you select. The warm appearance of the illuminated globes in the photographs does not indicate a fixed colour temperature built into the fitting. Compare the specifications of all ten bulbs when assembling the set to avoid an unintended mixture of light colours.
A modern arrangement of steel and glass
Straight arm sections, a cylindrical centre and spherical shades define the design. Its decorative character comes from the arrangement of these elements, not hanging ornaments. The nickel-coloured finish can be coordinated with other silvery details in the room. Jupiter specifies indoor use and a five-year warranty.
