Jupiter LILE 1844 is a two-light steel pendant in black and chrome. Two slender cylindrical lampholder housings hang from a single elongated ceiling bar. There are no large shades, so the exposed bulbs are part of the fixture’s appearance rather than hidden components.
A pair of pendants on one bar
The horizontal ceiling bar and separate drops make this an arrangement to consider above a dining table or kitchen island. The fixture measures 40 cm across, and the manufacturer lists its height as 29–60 cm. Compare these dimensions with your tabletop and the distance from the ceiling before choosing its position. This is a compact two-drop layout, not a wide, multi-arm chandelier.
In a living room, it can define a smaller area around a table. If it will hang above a route through the room, account for ceiling height and the clearance beneath the bulbs. The two light points are distributed along the bar rather than grouped inside one central shade.
Choose the bulbs separately
There are two E27 sockets, and the fixture is supplied without light sources. The manufacturer specifies 15 W for each light point. Purchase two bulbs separately and keep within that rating. The light sources are replaceable, so replacing a spent bulb does not require replacing the pendant itself.
Brightness, light colour and the shape of the glass bulbs depend on your selection. With no shade concealing them, consider their appearance when switched off as well as their visibility from seated positions. The decorative bulbs shown in the photograph are not included.
Black cylinders with chrome details
The black housings and cables contrast with shiny chrome sections. Straight lines and exposed light sources suit modern, minimalist or industrial interiors. LILE offers two hanging light points on a shared ceiling base, rather than two individual pendants with separate bases.
