LUMINES A is a slim aluminium channel for linear LED lighting in furniture and interior detailing. Article 10-1666-20 has a gold RAL1923 lacquered finish and a manufacturer-listed length of 2020 mm. Its open rectangular section accommodates an LED strip, with compatible BASIC or HIGH covers completing the chosen arrangement.
Check the channel and the strip separately
The body is 16 mm wide and 9.3 mm high. These measurements help establish how much space the channel occupies beneath a shelf, along a cabinet edge or beside an interior trim. The manufacturer's maximum LED-strip width is 12 mm: the outer body width is not the usable strip width.
The current official colour-and-length table places this article in the 2.02 m column. Allow for that actual section length when comparing the furniture run with the cover you intend to use, rather than relying on a rounded 2 m sales designation.
A cover choice within System A
BASIC and HIGH are the two compatible cover families. Their system range includes clear, frosted and milky versions as well as selected optical covers. Choosing a cover determines the configuration around the strip; it does not change the finish of the aluminium body. End caps must match the selected cover family, since the manufacturer distinguishes BASIC and HIGH terminations.
A is designed for surface mounting, and the documentation also supports suspended configurations. Double-sided tape and dedicated mounting clips are shown among its mounting methods. The power supply is positioned outside the profile, so its location and the cable route need to be considered with the installation.
A visible gold detail in furniture lighting
The narrow rectangular form supports modern and minimalist interiors without requiring an ornamental lamp body. The gold surface remains part of the furniture detail when the strip is off. The official application is decorative illumination of furniture and interior finishes, making shelves and cabinets relevant planning locations. This is a lighting-system component rather than a specification for a complete lamp: light colour, brightness and control depend on the chosen strip and the rest of the installation.
