LUMINES H corner LED profile black anodised 2.02 m

LUMINES H 10-0452-20 is a black anodised corner profile for LED strip, supplied in a 2020 mm length. Its asymmetrical triangular cross-section provides a choice of 30° or 60° orientation. It is a lighting-system component, rather than a finished lamp with a predetermined light colour or brightness.

Choose the direction before mounting

Turning the profile changes the direction in which the light is aimed. Before fixing it beneath a cabinet, consider whether the intended line should face the work surface or point further into the recess. The manufacturer illustrates H installations for cabinets and shelves, together with two orientations on stair treads. The profile alone does not determine lighting performance: the selected LED strip and cover also influence the finished result.

A groove at the back accommodates minor surface irregularities when positioning the profile against a furniture or wall corner. It can also conceal a small-diameter cable. Compare the actual cable diameter with the available space before deciding on the wiring route; this is not an unrestricted cable channel.

A 2.02 m section in the H system

Article 10-0452-20 identifies a 2.02 m section, not an exact 2 m length. Allow for the full 2020 mm and the end fittings when laying out cabinetry. The manufacturer’s current sheet specifies LED strips up to 12 mm wide and compatibility with BASIC covers. Choose the cover as part of the lighting design rather than assuming any profile diffuser will fit.

Plan the appropriate left and right H end caps, mounting components and a power supply matched to the LED strip. The power supply sits outside the profile. Manufacturer diagrams show double-sided tape and CH mounting clips; suspension is another supported arrangement using the corresponding accessories.

A restrained black edge

The simple section and black anodised finish suit modern, minimalist cabinetry where a decorative lamp body is not required. Corner mounting is useful beneath kitchen cabinets and within shelves or cupboards. The H system is not designed for sealing, so it should not be selected as a water-exposed lighting profile.
