Mantra Polinesia Nautica 8227 ceiling fan with LED light, brown Textileno, 64.6 cm

Mantra Polinesia Nautica 8227 combines an LED ceiling light with a fan contained inside its circular housing. A brown Textileno synthetic-cord surround frames the white light ring and central grille. This is the synthetic-fibre version, not the Polinesia Natural model made with natural cord.

Separate specifications for lighting and airflow

The LED lighting is rated at 70 W, while the fan motor is rated at 35 W. The 70 W figure should therefore not be read as motor power. The integrated light source is part of the fitting, so there is no separate bulb to select. The stated luminaire output is 4200 lm, with adjustable colour temperature from 2700 to 5000 K. Brightness and the shade of white can both be changed rather than remaining at one fixed setting.

The DC fan motor offers three speeds and summer and winter modes. Mantra recommends rooms measuring 13–20 m². That is a sizing guide, not a promise to reduce room temperature: the fan moves air and does not replace air conditioning. An included remote control operates the fitting.

Allow space for the housing and ceiling fixing

The dimension drawing shows a diameter of 64.6 cm and an overall height of 20 cm. The height is fixed, with no adjustable suspension. Compare the diameter with the available ceiling space and check the remaining clearance below the unit. An enclosed impeller does not remove the need to assess the surrounding space.

The instructions show a bracket fixed to the ceiling and connection to a 220–240 V supply. The supporting surface must be suitable for fixing the unit; a ceiling finish alone does not establish its load-bearing capacity. This IP20 version is for indoor use, not an exposed terrace.

Cord texture within a simple outline

Vertical lengths of brown cord give the surround a visible texture, while the white light ring keeps the outline geometric. The combination suits contemporary interiors with boho elements. In a living room, bedroom, dining room or home office, choose its position by considering room size and the need for both lighting and air circulation.
