Mercedes Ceiling Light, Oiled Oak, Cream and Silver Lampshade, 4xE27, Ø58 cm

Brinova's Mercedes ceiling light has one broad cylindrical shade, not four separate shades. Cream-and-silver jacquard fabric forms its sides, with an oiled oak ring running around the upper edge. The close-up photograph reveals a fine geometric weave, while a pale cover closes the underside.

A wide fitting without a long drop

This version measures 58 cm in diameter and 16 cm in overall height. It is a broad ceiling-mounted fitting rather than a pendant suspended on a cable. Compare its diameter with the available ceiling area and its height with the clearance you need below it. A shallow profile does not mean a small footprint: Mercedes still occupies a substantial circle overhead.

Its form suits general lighting in a living room, bedroom, dining room or hallway. It can also be considered for offices, restaurants and hotel rooms where a long suspended fitting is not wanted. Having four light sources does not, by itself, make it a substitute for a directional task light.

Four sockets inside one shade

The documentation for this exact article specifies four E27 sockets, each accepting a bulb rated at no more than 25 W. The designation 4×E27 refers to the light sources inside the shared shade, not the number of shades. Bulb selection therefore needs to account for both the cap type and the individual wattage limit.

Light colour and brightness depend on the bulbs selected. The illuminated photograph shows how the fabric looks when lit, but does not establish the colour temperature or luminous output of your chosen combination. It should not be read as a promise of the same appearance with every E27 bulb.

Oak edging and a woven pattern

The simple outline, visible wood grain and pale textile suit modern and Scandinavian interiors. The silvery pattern belongs to the fabric shade; it is not a metallic finish applied to the whole fitting. When coordinating with furniture, compare the oiled oak tone and weave rather than relying on the colour name alone. The manufacturer specifies a five-year guarantee for this model.
