Nordlux Ufo ceiling light white IP44 E27 23.1 cm

Nordlux Ufo – a compact glass ceiling light

Nordlux Ufo 25576000 is a white ceiling light measuring 23.1 cm across and 10.4 cm high. Its shade is opal white glass, complemented by metal components. The plain rounded profile sits close to the ceiling and provides a restrained visual finish rather than becoming the dominant feature of a room. Nordlux states that the fitting can be installed on either a ceiling or a wall.

Lamp holder and specification

The fitting has one E27 lamp holder and no bulb is supplied. This lets you select a replaceable LED bulb for the required colour temperature and output. The maximum lamp rating is 15 W LED. Dimming is possible when a compatible dimmable bulb and suitable control equipment are used. Its 220–240 V supply and Class I construction suit a standard domestic electrical installation.

Practical placement

IP44 protection makes Ufo a considered option for rooms with increased humidity, subject to the applicable safe positioning rules for bathroom luminaires. The shallow form is useful in a hallway, entrance, bedroom or living room where a pendant would reduce headroom. Opal white glass supports a modern, quiet interior scheme while softening the appearance of the lamp. Choose the E27 bulb before installation according to the room size and the lighting task; this product is supplied without a light source.
