NORLYS EGERSUND Park 6117 LED garden post light, 250 cm, 10 W, 3000 K, graphite RAL 7016

EGERSUND Park 6117 is a garden post light shaped as a slim column, 250 cm tall and 12 cm in diameter. The body is cast aluminium, powder-coated in graphite RAL 7016, and the top section is a clear PMMA cylinder housing an integrated LED module.

What is in the box and what you need to buy

Norlys supplies it as a set: the pole (art. 6100), the light head (art. 6106) and a sealed IP68 connection box. The concreting anchor (6130) and the mounting adapters (6132, 6133) are sold separately, so decide how the column will be founded before ordering. The base is fixed with three bolts through ø9 mm holes set at 120° on a ø65 mm circle.

The connection box takes conductors up to 4 × 4 mm² and lets you loop the supply on to the next fitting with up to 4 × 2.5 mm², so a row of these along a path runs from a single supply line. The round-sheathed cable can be ø8–12 mm or ø10–14 mm. The terminals are reached through an inspection door in the pole. The luminaire is protection class I, so it must be connected to a protective earth conductor.

How much light it gives

The 10 W LED module produces 1100 lm, and 959 lm leave the luminaire. At 3000 K the light is warm white, and CRI 80 is enough to tell the colours of plants and paving apart after dark. The light is aimed downwards: ULOR 1% and a BUG rating of B1-U1-G0 mean almost nothing is thrown into the sky or towards neighbouring windows.

The fitting can be dimmed with a phase-cut dimmer of either the trailing-edge or the leading-edge type. The light source is integrated but not disposable: the LED module is replaced as a spare part by a professional service.

Where it fits

IP65 means the post can stand outdoors without any cover. Its 2.5 m height and light directed at the ground suit paths in parks and gardens as well as hotel and restaurant grounds. When planning the foundation, allow for the 13 kg weight and the 0.33 m² side area exposed to the wind.
