Norlys Lamppost 3011CB telescopic lighting pole, copper brown RAL 8004, 120–220 cm, Ø50 mm

Norlys Lamppost 3011CB is an aluminium telescopic lighting pole in copper brown RAL 8004, with a round base and adjustable height from 120 to 220 cm. It is a component for building a lighting installation: the luminaire and required mounting accessories are ordered separately.

Selecting a luminaire for the Ø50 mm mounting

The top of the pole is intended for luminaires with a 50 mm mounting diameter. Check that the selected head is compatible with this connection before buying. The manufacturer lists Koster Pro 1811 and 1819 and Koster Double Head 1155 among the luminaires sold separately for use with this pole.

The pole alone is not a complete light and does not determine light colour or output. Those properties depend on the selected luminaire and its light source. When assembling a set, account for both the matching mechanical connection and the lighting effect required at the location.

Height adjustment and finish

The telescopic construction allows the pole height to be set between 120 and 220 cm. These dimensions refer to the pole itself; the height of the finished assembly also depends on the selected luminaire. Compare the intended setting with the installation position and the height of nearby garden features.

The body is made of powder-coated cast aluminium. The coating is copper brown RAL 8004. The finish of a separately purchased head is selected independently, so compare the finishes of both parts before assembling the set.

Preparing the foundation and connection

The base is fixed using anchoring components; the datasheet specifies three 10.5 mm holes on a 207 mm circle, spaced at 120°. Select the accessories for the chosen installation method and purchase them separately. The instructions require a concrete foundation designed for the pole and luminaire together and for local ground, wind and weather conditions.

The connection accepts conductors up to 3 × 4 mm², and the datasheet specifies a maximum round cable diameter of 12.5 mm. Account for these limits when preparing the installation, before the foundation is made. The manufacturer specifies this lightweight pole for gardens, private grounds, squares and parks.
