Norlys Lillehammer 1583GB wall light, grey beige, 3000 K LED, narrow up/down

Norlys Lillehammer 1583GB is a grey beige outdoor wall light that creates two narrow accents on a facade. Two included LED modules produce warm white 3000 K light, directed upwards and downwards.

Two narrow lines of light

Each direction has a 4° beam angle, making this version a way to mark vertical sections of an exterior wall. Its effect differs from broadly washing a large wall surface with light. When choosing a position, consider cornices, window sills and other features that could interrupt the light path.

The manufacturer specifies 30 lm for the complete fitting at a power consumption of 7.3 W. Do not replace this figure with the output of the LED modules alone, since it describes the light leaving the finished luminaire. When lighting a walkway or terrace, plan separate general lighting rather than treating this narrow accent as its replacement.

A compact body on the facade

The rectangular housing is 18.5 cm high, 8 cm wide and projects 11 cm from the wall. Compare its outline with the mounting area and the width of a pier or wall section. The simple, unadorned shape suits modern and minimalist surroundings.

The body is cast aluminium with a grey beige GB powder-coated finish. The enclosure uses optical safety glass, a silicone seal and an EPDM cable gland. Before choosing a position, compare the grey beige finish with the colour of the render and window or door frames.

Dimming and installation planning

The fitting supports trailing-edge phase dimming, identified as TE. Select a suitable control and arrange the installation for that method before mounting the light. Dimming capability alone does not imply DALI support or compatibility with every dimmer.

The light is Class I and rated IP65; its connection requires a protective earth conductor. Have a qualified installer fit it in accordance with the supplied instructions. The LED modules and driver are included, and a professional service technician replaces them; this is not a holder for a separately chosen bulb.
