Norlys Trysil 1014GR twin-arm garden pole light, graphite, 300 cm, 40 W LED 3000 K DALI2

Norlys Trysil 1014GR is a 300 cm garden pole light with twin arms forming a Y-shaped outline and flat lighting heads. Its extruded aluminium body is powder-coated in graphite RAL 7016. Straight edges and the absence of ornamental detailing suit contemporary and minimalist outdoor architecture.

Allow room above the ground, not just at the base

The complete fitting measures 118 × 24 × 300 cm. When choosing its position, compare the full arm span as well as the height with surrounding structures. This is a tall pole-mounted light working above pedestrian level, rather than a low bollard intended to sit beside the edge of a planting bed.

Norlys specifies gardens and private outdoor areas. The form and downward light distribution also allow it to be considered in a driveway, open terrace or park lighting scheme. Decide spacing from the required illumination and the manufacturer's photometric data; the pole height alone does not establish how much ground one fitting will adequately light.

Warm LED output with DALI2 control

Four LED modules provide a 3000 K colour temperature. The luminaire delivers 3901 lm while drawing 40 W. This is the output of the complete fitting after its optical system, not the higher output of the bare LED modules. Its diffuse, hemispherical distribution is directed downwards.

The electronic driver supports DALI2, so brightness control should be planned with a compatible control installation. The LED sources are part of the fitting, with no conventional screw-in bulbs to select. Replacement of the modules and control gear is work for a professional service technician.

Outdoor construction and installation requirements

The transparent, textured polycarbonate covers are UV-stabilised. A silicone gasket forms part of the construction, and the fitting is rated IP65 and IK10. UV stabilisation of the cover material should not be confused with a separate optical UV filter.

Mounting and connection to a 220–240 V supply require a qualified installer following the supplied instructions. Additional mounting accessories, including the foundation shown in the manual, must be selected and purchased separately rather than assumed to be included with the light.
