Nowodvorski CAMELEON CANOPY F MINI 11187 is a recessed ceiling connection canopy for a single light in the CAMELEON system. Its round cover and central cable opening form a small ceiling detail rather than a large surface-mounted housing. This variant is made from painted steel in satin copper P024; copper describes the finish, not the material of the body.

For one compatible pendant

The canopy is a system component, not a complete light or a multi-pendant distribution box. The manufacturer permits a maximum of one light rated up to 25 W, using LED only. That rating limits the lighting connected to it; it is not a statement of light output from the canopy itself. No light source is supplied.

The installation manual restricts use to CAMELEON cables and CAMELEON shades. Check that both selected parts belong to this system rather than choosing them solely for a matching appearance. The package contains the canopy, instructions and a mounting key. The cable and other parts needed to complete the light must be selected separately.

Plan the opening before fitting

The canopy is 5 cm wide and 2.5 cm high. It requires a round cutout measuring 3.3 cm in diameter; the installation drawing also specifies at least 30 mm of space in the recessed mounting area. The cutout diameter and the width of the visible cover are different measurements, so both matter when preparing the ceiling.

Installation and electrical connection must be carried out by a person qualified to work with electrical equipment, with the supply disconnected. The component is intended for indoor installation, not an outdoor lighting assembly.

A restrained copper ceiling detail

The plain circular outline suits modern and minimalist CAMELEON combinations. Satin copper creates a visible finish accent at the ceiling, making it worth comparing with the chosen cable and shade. Those separately selected components also determine the appearance and application of the completed pendant.
