s.luce Oris is a black pendant light built around a slim, straight illuminated profile. Its 120 cm length draws a clear line above a desk, conference table or kitchen island. Fine suspension cables keep the appearance restrained, while the rectangular section gives the fitting a precise geometric character.
A narrow profile above the work surface
The aluminium housing is only 3.4 cm wide and 2.9 cm high. It emphasises the length of the light without placing a bulky form above the surface below. The black finish can coordinate with dark furniture details and equipment. The manufacturer recommends Oris for offices, home studies, coworking spaces and meeting rooms, as well as dining areas and kitchen islands. Its straight shape can help organise a lighting arrangement along a rectangular table.
Neutral white light at a fixed brightness
The integrated 48 W LED source produces 4800 lumens. A colour temperature of 4000 K gives neutral white light for work and everyday activities at the counter. A colour rendering index above 90 helps objects retain a natural appearance. This version is designed for straightforward switching on and off and does not provide dimming. It suits an installation where one established brightness level is required, with operation through the normal switching arrangement.
Installation and later servicing
The canopy is centrally positioned and measures 65 cm in length. The maximum suspension is 150 cm, which should be considered when planning the fitting's position above furniture. Oris is handmade in Germany from aluminium and plastic. The manufacturer specifies that replacement of the internal LED source must be carried out by a qualified professional; separate bulbs are not required for this fitting. It operates from a 230 V supply and has an IP20 rating for dry indoor rooms.
