Sigma LUNA M wall light black/grey steel LED 7W 40863

LUNA M 40863 – a graphic wall light in black and grey

Version 40863 uses a controlled two-colour contrast to define its circular composition. The upper semicircle is light grey, the lower section is black, and a narrow horizontal opening creates a precise boundary between them. The arrangement resembles an abstract wall symbol, giving the fitting a decorative role even when it is switched off. Lacquered steel provides a smooth, contemporary finish across both areas.

Warm illumination with the source concealed

An integrated 7 W LED module sits behind the overlapping front pieces. Its warm 3000 K light, rated at approximately 350 lm, appears through the central gap and is reflected onto the wall above the grey arc. Because the LEDs are kept out of direct view, the fitting creates a calm backdrop rather than a hard pool of light. It can support relaxed evenings in a living room or bedroom and provide a decorative orientation point in a hallway alongside the main ceiling light.

Creating a balanced wall arrangement

The two-tone face coordinates naturally with grey fabrics, black frames, pale timber and simple furniture. Use one above a console as a focused accent, or place a pair beside a bed for symmetry. Its shallow projection is helpful in circulation areas. Keeping some empty wall above the fitting gives the reflected light room to form the warm halo visible around its upper edge.
