LUNA S 40859 – a two-tone wall light with a warm halo

Sigma LUNA S 40859 divides a precise circle into two distinct semicircles. The upper section is a light grey-beige, while the lower half is black. Their horizontal boundary gives the face a disciplined graphic structure and keeps the lamp visually interesting even when it is switched off. Once illuminated, a warm halo appears on the wall above the fitting, with an additional line of light visible around the central division. The LED itself remains concealed, allowing colour contrast, geometry and reflected light to define the object rather than an exposed source.

A softer alternative to an all-black fitting

The grey-beige upper half reduces the visual weight of the black lower section. This makes the model useful not only in strict monochrome schemes but also alongside sand-coloured textiles, pale timber, warm grey walls and matt metal details. At 26 × 26 cm, the circle can sit beside a bed, above a hallway console or as a single feature on a living-room wall.
