LUNA S 40860 – a wall light with a dark wenge accent

Sigma LUNA S 40860 combines a precise circle with a clear material divide. The upper semicircle has a deep brown wenge finish and visible plywood grain, while the lower half is matt black. This keeps the geometry modern and disciplined without making the lamp feel cold or purely technical. When illuminated, a warm halo spreads onto the wall above the body and light also marks the horizontal gap between the two sections. The integrated module stays hidden, allowing surface texture, contrast and reflected light to become the defining features.

Dark timber for a layered contemporary scheme

Wenge works naturally with walnut, dark-stained oak, graphite, black profiles and leather or cognac-coloured accents. LUNA S can bring warmth to a minimal living room, make a discreet bedside light point or draw attention to a hallway console. The 26 × 26 cm circle is large enough to register as deliberate, but it does not take over a compact wall.
