STEINEL XLED home 2 S, article 033057 and EAN 4007841033057, is a silver outdoor floodlight with an integrated LED and passive infrared sensor. Its 13.7 W system produces 1550 lm of warm 3000 K light.

Adjustable panel with an opal cover

The rectangular LED panel can be rotated and tilted to direct light towards an entrance, drive, terrace or section of façade. An opal plastic cover diffuses the output, while the silver HCMC housing conducts heat away from the module. Exact dimensions are 16.1 cm long, 18 cm wide and 21.8 cm high, with a net weight of 0.565 kg. The application image shows an evenly illuminated area outside a building; the producer states a maximum illuminated area of up to 150 m² when configured appropriately.

1550 lm LED, CRI 82 and up to 50,000 hours

The integrated, non-replaceable STEINEL LED system delivers 1550 lm from 13.7 W, giving a total product efficiency of 113 lm/W. A 3000 K colour temperature produces warm white light, CRI is 82 and the source carries energy class E. The producer quotes an LED life of up to 50,000 hours and L70B50 above 60,000 hours at 25°C. The light source is included and no separate lamp is required; use the panel as a complete fitting without attempting to replace the module yourself.

180° sensor with a reach of up to 10 m

The passive infrared detector covers 180°. Radial reach is approximately 5 m and tangential reach up to 10 m; optimum mounting height is 2 m and the maximum is 4 m. Individual detection segments can be masked, while sneak-by protection covers movement directly beneath the sensor. Potentiometers set the lighting time from 5 seconds to 35 minutes and the photo-cell threshold from 2 to 1000 lx. This S version has no basic-light function, no networking and no adjustable main-light output, so detection triggers the defined full-light cycle.

IP44, IK03 and Protection Class II

IP44 protects against solid objects above 1 mm and splashing water, while IK03 describes basic impact resistance. Protection Class II denotes double or reinforced insulation. The floodlight operates at 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz and ambient temperatures from -20 to +40°C. It is surface-mounted on a wall; mounting accessories are included, but the corner wall bracket is optional.
