SPOT Light METTE 8341527 Ceiling Chandelier, 5×E27, Satin Metal and White, Ø70 cm

SPOT Light METTE 8341527 is a five-arm ceiling chandelier with a satin-finished metal frame and five white fabric shades. Curved arms cross beneath a round ceiling canopy, with the small tapered shades facing different directions. Its 70 cm measurement describes the complete fitting, not a single oversized lampshade.

Overall size versus shade size

The complete arrangement is 70 cm in diameter and 29 cm high. Each shade measures approximately 15 cm across and 15 cm high; the ceiling canopy is 15 cm in diameter. The broad footprint therefore comes from the spacing of the arms rather than one continuous fabric surface.

Check the available ceiling area and the sweep of nearby tall cupboard doors before choosing its position. There is no long suspension cable, but the fitting still extends 29 cm below its mounting level. It should not be planned as though it were a flat ceiling disc.

Choose five E27 bulbs separately

There are five E27 lampholders, each rated for a bulb of up to 40 W. Bulbs are not included. The sources shown in the photographs demonstrate the fitting and should not be treated as a promise of supplied bulbs. This model does not use an integrated LED module.

When selecting the set, compare lumen output, colour temperature and bulb dimensions. Maximum permitted wattage alone does not establish how bright the completed fitting will be. Matching the light colour across all five bulbs avoids different tones between the arms. Any dimming arrangement needs to be checked against the chosen bulbs and the electrical installation rather than assumed from the E27 designation.

A branched fitting for residential interiors

Consider METTE for a living room, bedroom, dining room or a sufficiently spacious entrance hall or corridor. Its fabric shades and satin metal combine a traditional branched composition with a restrained finish, making it relevant to modern and modern-classic interiors. The manufacturer specifies indoor use with a 230 V AC supply and provides a 24-month guarantee for the fitting.
