STEINEL IS 3360 MX Highbay DALI-2 IPD

The square, surface-mounted STEINEL IS 3360 MX Highbay is a motion detector developed for lighting automation at considerable mounting heights. Article 057374 is a DALI-2 IPD input device: it passes detection data to a higher-level lighting-management system rather than switching a luminaire on its own. This makes it a precise component for installations where addressed bus devices and dependable occupancy data are required.

Coverage for high-bay spaces

Its 360° passive-infrared sensor is designed for ceiling mounting from 4 to 14 m, with 12 m identified by the manufacturer as the optimum height. The tangential reach is Ø 36 m, covering up to 1,018 m². That scale suits a high-bay warehouse, sports hall or commercial interior where a single ceiling position must observe a broad area. Supplied shrouds allow individual detection segments to be masked when the monitored zone needs refining.
