The V-TAC VT-2835 60 is a 5 m solar-powered RGB LED strip supplied with a solar panel and remote control. Rather than a single pool of light, it creates a coloured line along the feature being decorated. SKU 23046 identifies this outdoor decorative-lighting variant.
Plan the full five-metre route
The strip is 9 mm wide and enclosed in a transparent protective sleeve. Measure the intended route before fitting, including corners and the connection point to the panel. The 5 m measurement refers to the light strip, not the cable between strip and panel. Keeping those two measurements separate matters when deciding where each part will sit.
Cutting is permitted only at the marked lines between the copper points, and the cut must then be sealed. Shortening is therefore not simply a matter of trimming the complete set wherever convenient. The light source is not replaceable; the instructions specify replacement of the whole luminaire when the source reaches the end of its life.
Solar power and remote settings
The system includes a 3.7 V, 1500 mAh lithium-ion battery. Supplied mounting parts allow the panel to be fitted on a ground spike or hung. Its position needs access to daylight, rather than being chosen solely around the position of the strip.
The remote offers on/off control, operating-mode selection, brightness adjustment and time settings. A built-in dusk sensor provides another control element. RGB denotes coloured light, not a single white colour temperature.
A coloured outdoor accent
The IP67 rating and specified outdoor use support decorative placement on a terrace, balcony, facade, fence or gazebo. The linear form suits modern arrangements that highlight an outline instead of displaying a lampshade. It is an accent, not a promise of task or safety lighting. The manufacturer specifies operating conditions from -20 to +45°C and excludes extreme conditions.
