Argon Santana Transparent Brass Pendant Light 4045

ARGON SANTANA 4045 is a single-light pendant with a clear glass shade shaped like an elongated drop. The bulb remains visible through the glass. Brass-plated steel forms the lampholder and glossy ceiling canopy, while a black cable provides a distinct contrast between the two.

A 22 cm-wide shade with adjustable suspension

The manufacturer specifies a width of 220 mm and an overall height of 1200 mm. The cable is 800 mm long; that measurement is not the height of the glass shade. Height adjustment is explicitly confirmed by ARGON. When planning its position, compare the ceiling connection with the level at which you want the lower glass edge to sit.

Above a table, the distance to the tabletop matters; in a circulation area, check the clearance beneath the pendant. Its narrow neck and widening lower section give it a different silhouette from a glass globe. This distinction is especially noticeable when the shade hangs within your normal line of sight rather than close to the ceiling.

The visible bulb is a separate choice

No bulb is supplied. The fitting has one E27 socket for a light source rated up to 15 W and operates on 230 V. ARGON recommends LED or energy-saving bulbs. Before choosing one, compare its dimensions with the space inside the shade: clear glass reveals the bulb envelope and its appearance even when the light is off.

Brightness and colour temperature depend on the bulb you select. The brass finish does not establish a warm light colour, so consider the metal's appearance separately from the light source's specifications.

Glass and brass in a modern interior

The manufacturer's stated applications are living rooms, dining rooms and studies. Smooth clear glass, an exposed light source and restrained metalwork support a modern setting. SANTANA can serve as an individual pendant over a table or complement the lighting of a seating area. The metallic parts are brass-plated steel, not a claim that the entire fitting is made from solid brass.
