Candellux CAFEE 31-39224 pendant light, cream shade 66 cm, 1×E27

Candellux CAFEE 31-39224 is a pendant light with a broad, flattened fabric shade in a cream latte tone and a white suspension. Fabric stretched over a steel frame forms a sequence of rounded segments. Those curved divisions, rather than decorative metalwork, give the light its distinctive silhouette.

A broad shade with a shallow profile

The shade measures 66 cm across and 24 cm high. It therefore occupies substantial horizontal space without having a deep shade. Before positioning it over a dining table, compare its footprint with the tabletop. In a living room, consider the distance to nearby furniture and the space around the shade as well as the location of the ceiling electrical connection.

The manufacturer specifies an adjustable overall height of up to 120 cm. The dimension drawing shows a suspension section of 95 cm and a ceiling canopy measuring 8 cm in diameter. Height adjustment allows the shade position to be set during installation. Check the remaining clearance beneath it at your chosen height, particularly if the light hangs beyond the edge of a table.

Choose the single E27 bulb separately

CAFEE has one E27 socket, with a maximum permitted bulb power of 40 W. The bulb is not included. This leaves its light colour and luminous output to your choice rather than tying them to the cream shade. The large diameter does not establish room brightness: this is a single-light fitting, not a cluster of several lamps.

The fabric diffuses light passing through it. It is a relevant option when you want a decorative fabric pendant above a table rather than an exposed bulb. The final lighting effect also depends on the bulb you select.

Cream fabric and a white suspension

The manufacturer identifies living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms as intended settings. When coordinating other fittings, distinguish the cream shade from its white suspension. Rounded segments and restrained detailing suit Scandinavian, modern and Japandi interiors, while the broad, low profile remains a visible sculptural element above the furniture.
