The Bologna 363BL is a classic park lantern with two milky globe shades on an ornamental double-arm bracket spanning 67 cm. It stands on a telescopic pole whose height adjusts between 165 and 254 cm. The body is cast aluminium, powder-coated black (RAL 9005), the shades are milky PMMA, and the joints are sealed with silicone.
What is in the set and what to buy separately
The set consists of the luminaire (art. 3026), the terminal (art. 3040) and the telescopic pole (art. 3010). The anchor for concreting in, the ground anchor or the concrete-foundation adapter is ordered separately, depending on whether the lantern stands on concrete or in soil. Bulbs are not included.
Which bulbs and how much light
The lantern has two E27 sockets for A55–A60 LED bulbs of up to 9 W each, so a wider decorative globe or a long candle bulb will not fit. The manufacturer names an 806 lm / 8.5 W / 2700 K LED bulb as the matching source, the equivalent of an old 60 W bulb per shade. The milky globes spread the light all around, so the lantern does not dazzle and lights its surroundings evenly. The bulbs can be changed by the user.
Where and how to install it
The manufacturer intends the lantern for gardens and parks; it also suits a terrace or the front of a hotel or restaurant, where its classic, stylised shape fits in. IP54 means protection against dust and splashing water from any direction, so it can stand in the open. It is a Class II fitting and needs no protective earth.
The base is fixed with three bolts through ø10.5 mm holes set 120° apart on a ø240 mm circle. The terminals take conductors up to 4 × 2.5 mm² and a round cable 6–12.5 mm in diameter, and allow the supply to be looped on to the next lantern. The luminaire weighs 9.91 kg and has a side area of 0.12 m², the figure used to size the foundation for wind load.
