Gea Luce AELA P/P FAEPO1 LED ceiling light brushed gold 40 cm 36 W

Gea Luce AELA P/P FAEPO1 is a round LED ceiling light with an aluminium frame in a brushed gold finish. Its white opal methacrylate diffuser forms part of a shallow geometric body. The gold ring remains a visible feature when the light is on, and the manufacturer specifies light emission in two directions rather than downwards alone.

A 40 cm fitting without a long drop

The technical drawing gives a diameter of 40 cm and an overall height of 6.5 cm. The outer ring itself is 3.5 cm high, while the upper mounting section measures 25 cm across. Consider this configuration where a fitting close to the ceiling is preferable to a suspended pendant. Before installation, compare its footprint with the position of the electrical outlet and the ceiling area available.

The plain circular form can accompany modern furniture in a living room, bedroom, dining room or hallway. Its gold metal can relate to handles and other interior details without introducing branching lamp arms. For a larger space, account for the room area and other fittings when planning the lighting; diameter alone does not establish how many lights will be needed.

Built-in LEDs with two-way emission

The LED light source is integrated, so no screw-in bulb is purchased for this fitting. The manufacturer states 30 W + 6 W and a luminous flux of 1800–1900 lm. Documentation lists 3000 K and 4000 K, corresponding to a warmer and a more neutral white. These figures describe the emitted light, independently of the frame's gold finish.

Plan the dimming controls separately

AELA supports phase-cut dimming and Push control. External control components are not included, so their selection and wiring should be agreed with the installer before fitting the light. The manufacturer requires installation by qualified personnel and isolation of the mains supply before work. A dimmable fitting does not mean a dimmer or remote control is supplied in the box.
