Gea Luce GPL260C is a circular LED flush ceiling light with a matt white aluminium body and a methacrylate diffuser. Its shallow cylindrical outline and uninterrupted lower face suit modern, minimalist interiors without exposed bulbs or decorative arms.
A compact fitting close to the ceiling
The light measures 17.5 cm in diameter and 5.2 cm in height. There is no hanging cable: the body sits close to the ceiling rather than projecting down into the room. Consider it for an entrance hall, corridor or dressing room where a pendant is not wanted. It can also form part of the lighting in a living room, bedroom, kitchen or study. In a larger space, plan the number of fittings around the room layout rather than assuming that one small ceiling light will provide all the illumination required.
Warm white light with the source included
A 16 W LED module and transformer are included, so there is no separate screw-in bulb to select. The GPL260C version provides 1200 lm at a colour temperature of 3000 K. Its 110° beam spreads light over a wider area below the fitting rather than creating a narrow spotlight. When combining it with other lights, compare their colour temperatures to decide whether you want matching or contrasting shades of white.
On/off operation, not dimming
This model is non-dimmable and operates by switching on and off. It is not the choice for an installation that requires brightness adjustment through a dimmer. The supply is 220–240 V AC. Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel with the mains disconnected. The instructions illustrate the ceiling base fixing and protective earth connection.
Cleaning the housing
The manufacturer specifies a damp cloth with mild detergent in lukewarm water, followed by gentle drying with a soft cloth. Water and detergent must not reach cables or electrical components. Keep the assembly instructions for subsequent maintenance.
