Lucide CLUBS black 1xGU10 wall light with switch 09239/11/30

Lucide CLUBS 09239/11/30 is a black wall light with one GU10 spotlight, an adjustable head and a switch on the fitting. Its aluminium body has a matt powder-coated finish. Vertical ribs around the cylindrical shade give it a more textured appearance than a plain spotlight, while the rectangular mounting plate sits against the wall.

A directional light beside the bed

Lucide identifies this version as a bedside light. The head rotates and tilts, allowing the beam to be aimed without relocating the wall plate. It can provide local lighting beside a bed or an armchair; for reading, choose a bulb with suitable brightness and beam angle. The fitting itself does not determine the amount of light delivered by the separately purchased bulb.

The on/off switch is on the mounting plate. Before installation, compare the proposed switch position with your reach, rather than choosing a height solely from the headboard. The light measures 16 cm high, 9 cm wide and 14.9 cm deep. Check that projection against nearby furniture and circulation space when planning its position.

Choose the GU10 bulb separately

One GU10 bulb is required and is not included. The maximum permitted wattage is 40 W, and a compatible LED bulb can be used. Brightness, colour temperature and beam spread depend on that bulb. This CLUBS fitting has neither an integrated LED module nor its own adjustable colour-temperature function. Lucide specifies the fixture as non-dimmable; the local switch is an on/off control, not a brightness adjustment.

Ribbed detail and fixed wiring

The compact cylinder and flat backplate suit modern interiors, with the ribbed surface adding a retro detail. It can supplement lighting in a bedroom, living room or along a dining-room wall, rather than being assumed to illuminate an entire room. Installation requires a prepared electrical connection: there is no attached cable or plug. This is a Class I fitting, so earthing and installation by a qualified electrician must be considered. Installation materials are included.
