LUMINES ZATI Plaster-in LED Profile, Black Lacquered, 2.02 m

LUMINES ZATI 10-0595-20 is a black lacquered aluminium profile for recessed installation between plasterboard panels, with the edges plastered over. This version is 2020 mm, or 2.02 m, long. It is not a complete lamp: the profile provides the structure for two parallel LED strips and a matching cover.

A light line within the plasterboard

The perforated mounting flanges are integrated with the boards and covered with joint compound. The manufacturer leaves the areas intended for plastering unpainted to improve the compound's adhesion. A difference in colour between these areas and the black inner channel therefore does not indicate a different colour variant.

The overall section measures 57.4 mm wide and 14.8 mm high. The width includes the mounting flanges, rather than describing the width of the visible light line. Allow for the section when planning the opening in the plasterboard, before the wall or ceiling finish is completed.

Two strips with a DOUBLE cover

The ZATI system accommodates two LED strips, each 12 mm wide. It works with DOUBLE covers and dedicated end caps and connectors. The selected cover affects the line's appearance, while light output and colour temperature depend on the chosen strips. Neither a fixed light colour nor a lighting wattage should be attributed to the bare profile.

The power supply is positioned outside the profile. Plan a separate location for it and select the strips, cover and other system components for the installation. Assembly drawings explain how the parts work together; they do not define a complete lighting kit supplied under the profile's article code.

Interior architectural lighting

ZATI is intended for decorative and general light lines in modern residential interiors and public buildings. It can be planned into plasterboard in a living room, kitchen, corridor or office. Suitability as the main lighting depends on the complete design, including strip specifications and the arrangement of the lines. The manufacturer specifies IP20 and does not provide for sealing the system, so it is not intended for installations exposed to water.
