NORLYS Lillehammer 1585GR is a graphite outdoor wall light with a very narrow upward beam. Its rectangular body is made from powder-coated cast aluminium in RAL 7016, with an optical safety-glass cover over the light outlet.
A vertical accent rather than general illumination
The single-sided 4° distribution is intended to pick out a strip of wall or an architectural detail above the fitting. This distinguishes it from a broad-beam wall light or an up-and-down version of the same family. Before choosing a position, consider the surface above the fixture: that is where this variant directs its light. It can provide façade accents on a house, hotel or restaurant exterior, including walls alongside a terrace or balcony.
The integrated LED produces warm-white light at 3000 K. The complete luminaire delivers 15 lm, whereas the LED module itself is rated at 504 lm. These are different measurements, not interchangeable brightness figures. Choose this version for a concentrated decorative line rather than as the sole illumination for a walkway or outdoor seating area.
Check the wall space and projection
The body is 18.5 cm high and 8 cm wide, and projects 11 cm. Compare all three measurements with the available wall space and the area in front of it when planning installation. Straight edges, plain surfaces and the absence of ornamental arms suit modern, modernist and minimalist architecture. Graphite RAL 7016 is a separate finish from the family's black RAL 9005 option.
LED operation and professional servicing
The fitting consumes 4 W and includes its LED module and electronic driver for a 220–240 V supply. It supports trailing-edge phase dimming, so the control arrangement must be selected for that method. IP65 protection applies to the correctly installed fitting. Installation requires an appropriately qualified person. Both the LED light source and control gear are replaceable by a professional; this is not a fitting designed around routine household bulb changes.
